All .uk domain orders are subject to Nominet’s terms and conditions (See below)
IMPORTANT: Please read the below terms and conditions, which govern our supply to you of the Service: we will be unable to process your order until you have done so. If there is anything you do not understand, please feel free to e-mail us at sales@Laskos.com
By placing an order with Secure Names, you agree to be bound by the whole provisions of the below agreement between you and us. If you do not accept the below provisions you should not place an order or order any services from Secure Names
You must be 18 years or older to register for the Service.
If you do not respond to any of our renewal reminders for payment to renew the domain name/s or if you request that you no longer wish to have your domain name renewed by us, it will be left to expire and all services associated with that domain name will be suspended by Nominet UK.
If you decide to change your mind and still wanted to keep your domain name/s, you still can and at the renewal price specified below. You must send us a requested by email before the 85th day after your domain has expired, after 88 days your domain could be renewed and transferred to us or could be be cancelled and deleted after 90 days and made available. We or Nominet are unable to guarantee the renewal of a domain name after this happens.

Customer Reply time.
If you send us an email through Laskos.com we will usually reply within 48 hours, under un foreseen circumstances this could take up to 5 working days.
Complaints & Abuse
In the very unlikely event you are unhappy with the service you have received from Laskos, please email us and we will review your complaint within 48 hours. Should you be dissatisfied with our response we will advise you on how to escalate your complaint within 5 working days. If you honesty believe you are suffering some sort of abuse from any of our services or systems, please email us with as much detail as possible (i.e. IP address logs, domain names, time stamps) for us to investigate further and we will try and reply within 5 working days.
Nominet Terms & Conditions for .uk Domain Names
WARNING: by registering a domain name within the .uk Top Level Domain (a “Domain Name”), you enter into a contract of registration with Nominet UK (“We”, “Our” or “Us”) on the following terms and conditions. This is a separate contract to any arrangement you may have with any third party for the provision of internet services. By registering a domain name, you agree to the publication of your name and address as part of the public WHOIS database service. If you are a Consumer, and you do not wish your address to be published, please see our web site at http://www.nominet.org.uk for more information on the Consumer opt out.
Nominet is the Registry for all internet Domain Names ending in .uk and provides a public service for the .uk namespace on behalf of the Internet community. You can find out more information about Nominet from our web site at http://www.nominet.org.uk. Nominet is a not – for – profit company limited by guarantee which is performing services on a cost recovery basis. This is why we consider it reasonable to limit our liability in certain respects so that we may continue to offer our services in the interests of the whole internet community.
This Contract includes our current Rules For The .uk Domain And Sub-Domains (“Rules”) and the Policy and Procedure for our Domain Name Dispute Resolution Service (“Policy” and “Procedure” as appropriate). Copies of the Policy, Procedure and Rules are at http://www.nominet.org.uk/drs.html or can be obtained from us.
You may have registered a Domain Name through a third party (usually, but not always, your internet service provider).
In these terms and conditions, the term “Agent” means such a third party.
